Actual shot counts vary with marker efficiency, temperature and fill pressure. All three sizes use the same FLO Pro regulator and standard tank thread.

The Air System

Light Tank. Serious Regulator.

Your marker is dialed and your loader is tuned, but the air system is what actually feeds every shot. The Ultra Light pairs a carbon fiber 4500 PSI bottle with the FLO Pro regulator, so the lightest part of your setup is also the most capable.

Aluminum / Entry Tank

Where you started

Heavy on the back of the marker, fixed output pressure, and a regulator you have to degas before you can change anything.

Ultra Light + FLO Pro

Where you are going

Carbon fiber 4500 PSI capacity with a regulator you can rotate under pressure to reposition the fill nipple and gauge, plus 500-800 PSI external adjustment.

CARRY LESS. SHOOT LONGER.

A carbon fiber wrap at 4500 PSI puts more air behind the marker without the dead weight of an aluminum bottle.

ADJUST YOUR REG EVEN UNDER PRESSURE

Rotate the FLO Pro bonnet while the tank is pressurized to move the gauge and fill nipple away from your wrist, so nothing digs into your hand while you play.

SETUP VERSATILITY

One Tank. Every Setup.

The FLO Pro regulator on every Ultra Light turns the 500-800 PSI range into real field flexibility. Dial down for low-pressure tournament electros, adjust up for mechanical platforms, and keep the same tank across your whole bag.

Tournament Electros

Dial down for low-pressure tournament markers and keep your setup consistent through long points.

Mechanical Markers

Adjust up to 800 PSI for mechanical platforms without swapping tanks or rebuilding your setup.

Player Preference

Rotate the regulator under pressure so the gauge and fill nipple sit where you want them instead of against your wrist.

Less Bench Time

No teardown, no preset swapping, no wasted time between setups.

Select a marker on the tank to see what each component does and why it matters once you are on the field.

FEATURE → PLAYER OUTCOME

WHAT A BETTER AIR SYSTEM ACTUALLY CHANGES.

Carbon fiber capacity and an adjustable regulator turn into three things you feel on the field: less weight, fewer stoppages, and one tank that fits every marker you own.

PLAYER OUTCOME 01

LESS WEIGHT ON YOUR MARKER

Entry aluminum bottles add weight exactly where it hurts your snap shooting and your endurance over a long day.

ULTRA LIGHT PAYOFF

CARBON FIBER AT 4500 PSI

A carbon fiber wrapped bottle carries a full 4500 PSI fill so you get the air without the dead weight behind the grip.

PLAYER OUTCOME 02

FEWER TRIPS TO THE FILL STATION

Running out of air mid-game pulls you off the field and puts you in line instead of in the point.

ULTRA LIGHT PAYOFF

68CI / 80CI / 90CI CAPACITY

Pick the capacity that matches how you play. Step up from 68ci to 80ci or 90ci when you want more air between fills.

PLAYER OUTCOME 03

ONE TANK FOR YOUR WHOLE BAG

Different markers want different output pressures, and a fixed regulator makes your air system the least flexible thing you own.

ULTRA LIGHT PAYOFF

500–800 PSI EXTERNAL RANGE

The included FLO Pro regulator adjusts externally across the full range, so the same tank moves from an LP electro to an HP mechanical without a rebuild.

Certified, tested, supported

Everything you need to know before you put a high pressure air system in your gear bag.

  • DOT certified cylinders

Every Ultra Light ships as a certified high pressure air cylinder rated for 4500 PSI.

  • Five year hydro interval

DOT carbon fiber cylinders are retested every five years and retired fifteen years after the stamped manufacture date.

  • Regulator in the box

The FLO Pro arrives installed and adjusted, with a micro gauge and 500-800 PSI external adjustment.

  • Ships empty, ready to fill

Compressed air cylinders ship empty for safety. Fill at your field, pro shop or scuba shop before your first game.

Compressed air cylinders must be hydrostatically retested at the interval stamped on the bottle. Fill only with compressed air, never CO2. Never modify, overfill or use a tank past its expiration date.

FAQ

Choose 68ci for the most compact setup, 80ci for a balance of size and air capacity, or 90ci when maximum air between fills matters most. All three use the same FLO Pro regulator and 4500 PSI fill pressure.

Yes. Every Ultra Light tank on this page ships with the Empire FLO Pro regulator already installed. You do not need to buy a regulator separately.

It means you can rotate the bonnet to reposition the fill nipple and gauge while the tank is still aired up. That lets you move those contact points away from your wrist without fully degassing the tank first.

The FLO Pro runs from 500 PSI (low pressure) up to 800 PSI (high pressure). The output setting is changed externally by repositioning the two screws on the regulator with the tank depressurized. Separately, the bonnet itself rotates while the tank is still aired up, so you can reposition the fill nipple and gauge without degassing.

These are 4500 PSI cylinders. Fill them at a field, pro shop or scuba shop with a compressor rated for 4500 PSI. Never exceed the pressure stamped on the bottle.

No. Compressed air cylinders ship empty for safety and shipping compliance. Fill the tank at your field or local shop before your first game.

DOT carbon fiber paintball cylinders are hydrostatically retested every five years and have a fifteen year service life from the manufacture date stamped on the bottle. Check the stamp on your tank and retire it at end of life.

No. These are high pressure air (HPA) cylinders and must only be filled with compressed air. Never fill an HPA tank with CO2.

Empire Ultra Light tanks use the standard paintball tank thread, so they thread into any standard ASA. If your marker uses an on/off ASA, the tank installs and removes the same way.

Keep the tank out of direct heat, avoid dropping it on the regulator, and have it inspected if the carbon fiber wrap is cut, gouged or delaminated. Do not attempt to service the burst disk yourself.
